This Is Not About Getting Your Body Back
Your body is not something to fix. It is not behind, an apology, or a before picture.
Your body is not waiting to be worthy. It has carried life, held grief, made milk, and survived.
Your Body Is Sacred
It has opened, stretched, softened, strengthened, and transformed through motherhood.
Somewhere in the holy intensity of mothering, you may have felt yourself drift away from the woman inside the mother. This immersion is a sacred space to return to Her.
Postpartum Is a Sacred Initiation
Our culture celebrates the baby, but often leaves the mother unseen. You are told to recover fast, stay grateful, and act like nothing has changed. But your body knows this is not a quick return to who you were. Postpartum is a profound crossing into a new season, and it deserves to be witnessed.

Meet Your Guide: Crystelle Sharcot
Creator of Postpartum Pole and a full-spectrum doula, Crystelle's life is rooted in service to the Earth, Water, women, and families. Her path blends care, movement, ritual, and remembrance, guiding mothers to reconnect with their sacred selves.
What began as a pole practice in 2013 became a doorway into discipline, strength, and a deeper relationship with her own body. Then motherhood in Maui transformed that practice into lived wisdom, teaching her tenderness, resilience, and the fierce beauty of becoming. As her journey unfolded, doula work brought these threads together, allowing her to serve families with presence, intuition, and embodied care, holding space for birth, postpartum, and the many sacred initiations of family life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior pole experience?
Absolutely not. The Postpartum Pole Method is about sacred movement and body reconnection, not performance or tricks. All movements are invitational and adapted to your body's needs and comfort level. No prior experience is required.
How soon postpartum can I attend?
We recommend you are cleared for physical activity by your healthcare provider, typically 6 weeks for vaginal births and 12 weeks for C-sections. This immersion is a gentle return to movement, prioritizing safety and tenderness.
Can I bring my baby?
To ensure a fully immersive and deeply restorative experience for all mothers, this event is designed for adults only. We encourage you to arrange childcare so you can fully focus on your personal journey and reconnection.

Wear comfortable movement clothes (think layers, shorts, pants, socks, sports bra, shirt, sweater). Bring a a water bottle, a journal, a towel, swimwear, and any personal altar items you wish to bless or connect with during the ceremony.
Where do I go for the Immersion?
The Immersion is held on Maui, and directions will be emailed to you before the Immersion starts. You will only need to arrive and leave from one location.
